The rental apartment is very, very small. Great place if you are a very quiet person. The owner is completely hands-on. If you like the over attention a B&B offers you won't mind the vigil the owner keeps. The bbq area was very small as well and the owners dogs seemed to visit at the fence and bark - a lot. The neighbors aren't appreciative of 'rental transients' and will give you attitude. The owner is not big on children, if you are a retired couple, on a honeymoon, or traveling alone you will appreciate the small accommodations. The owner is still very new to rentals - they did so in order to keep their house. You are VERY much a 'paid guest' and are reminded in many small, albiet effective ways. (She asked why the beach towels were so wet - cause we used them in and out of the pool. Very strange question.)
