The Kangaroo Joey pump is easy to use & works well. The feeding tube bags & tubing are also user friendly. However, customer service ranges from fair to poor! I needed tech support when the tubing developed a glitch one night. By the time I reached the person who told me someone would call me back, and then waited 45 minutes for the call, I figured out the solution myself. Very difficult to reach a the right customer service person you need; then you have to repeat your problem again- sometimes over & over! They got my doctor's orders screwed up badly. This, making it a huge problem to get adequate supplies shipped to my home- complicated by having to deal with inflexible representitives totally incapable of listening to logic. You must order certain minimum supplies. For example, You must order at least a case of "formula" even you you may only need a few more cans. And then, when you're done, you don't get to return unused supplies or get credit for them. They just encourage you to donate them. If your hospital case manager or doctor's office is setting up your tube feeding company for you, say "NO" to Apria!
