I was a 10 year loyal customer who spent over 27,000 dollars on appliances at County in Stamford. This year I was looking to replace my County purchased washing machine. I was upsold to a $1000 Whirlpool cabrio. 2 months off of warantee it broke and flooded my basement 4 times. The manager at County refused to help me with the repair cost of $300 and was very rude in the process. I highly recommend that you purchase your appliances elsewhere - like at Aitoro or Albano where they know how to treat loyal customers!
