My most recent experiences at Fenway have caused me to file a formal complaint with the Department of Public Health. I am contemplating a complaint with the Board of Registration in Medicine.
Despite desperate pleas for help at Fenway, from as high up as their CEO and Board of
Directors, I was virtually ignored. I was refused diagnostic testing of my choice by
Fenway. And oh, by the way, I DO have insurance and I know my body quite well.
Fenway is affiliated with Beth Israel, where I was misdiagnosed with a serious illness the previous year.
So I'd keep away from both of these places if you have anything beyond a basic issue.
Just the stress alone of dealing with them almost killed me and might do the same to you.
