Businiess name:  Flat Rock Grille No 201

Review content:
I visited Flat Rock on Woodruff today at about 4:00pm. My kids and I were looking for a new place to eat every Saturday since we moved. We always are a very easy table even with 3 children. We also always leave a gracious tip 28-50%. I am a server and understand some issues that can occur and I rarely, almost never complain. Soon after my entree arrived I found a piece of plastic in my food. I brought it to my servers attention... It was very slow, maybe 4 tables in the place. The manager? eventually came to the table and asked me what I found in my meal. I told him. Then he asked me if "It affected my meal?" I told him yes, that I didn't know were the plastic had been. He seemed very hesitant to fix the issue and made me feel unwelcome to have a problem with eating trash in my food. The visit was not a good one. Though the entree was taken off the check, I didn't feel that my business was appreciated. I left a very good tip(%50), always do. I have been a server for 10 years and have never seen such a fairly common problem just be ignored. Plus service and attitude from all employees I met was horrible.
