I am a frequent customer at the blue ash store and there cust service stinks-several times I go in make my selections stand at the counter and no one looks up to help me.I eventually have to say something to them--also no one greets me upon entering the store.I am at the store several times a week and spend quite alot of money there-I keep going back because of the quality clothes and some what reasonable prices however I am considering not going back because of the poor and I mean poor customer service..I even get the feeling sometimes that it's racial.I left a msg for the owner have not gotten a response yet and it has been 4 dys--Just don't know if the bargains are worth the effort of dealng with the attitudes there at that store.I rate my experience a poor almost awful all based on customer service
