I hate to hear that someone had a bad experience with these folks as I have had nothing but great care for my 3 dogs. I have not boarded my dogs, but they have been going to Rock Road Animal hospital for almost 8 years for all of their health care. Our oldest lab had lime disease and we did not know it. The doctor worked with us till it was found and our dog acts like a pup again. I've gone to other places due to our dog's breeder, but always come back because they are so personable and professional.
