Review content:
I purchased over $6,000 worth of garbage from the store in the Niles area, along with the useless protection plan. When the bedroom set was delivered, the door on the nightstand fell off within 5 minutes of the delivery. I called for repair, and they sent out a men who GLUED the door shut. The door in the dresser came off of hinges and the weight of the door bent the hinge. They wouldn't cover it because they said we must have been swinging on the door. This was an adult master bedroom set, not a childs. The bedframe also split from the hedboard, so I had to buy a new frame, and lean the headboard against the wall. For this quality, I could have saved quite a bit of money had I gone to Wal-Mart or the Salvation Army. Horrid, horrid place.
