THE GOOD: Gary Hess was recommended to me and I felt very comfortable having him handle my move after the conversations I had with him. The day before the move he was called out of town on a family emergency and immediately scheduled my move to be handled by his business partner. The move itself went smoothly. It was an easy move... I didn't have a lot of stuff and nothing was particularly delicate so I can't speak to how they would handle delicate items. THE BAD: I believe the business partner charged me incorrectly and I contacted Gary about this afterwards and he has not gotten back to me. It's now been 2 months. When I contacted him I asked if I was charged incorrectly and stated what I thought I should have been charged (ie, I was nice about it.) My email was not acknowledged at all! An explanation, acknowledgment and an apology would have sufficed but I got nothing. Customer service is very important to me; more important than my potential savings. I won't use him again nor recommend him to anyone.
