I have contacted them via email for a quote on a car. The "Internet Manager" called before sending the quote to confirm the vehicle and explicitly said that he wanted to get the quote correct as they were about 30-40 miles from my home. The quote they gave was competitive with a few other offers I had received but they had a color I preferred. I exchanged a few emails and also phone calls to reach a deal for first thing the next morning. I checked a few things on the deal and called the next morning for clarification. They deal was on and they were prepping the car for us. On the way in we received a call from the "Sales Manager" saying there was a mistake and the quote was given for the "wrong car" though I was assured the previous day the quote was correct. We decided to finish the trip in and see the "revised" price. The new price was $1,300 more on the bas price and with fees and extra charges was almost $1,800 over the agreed upon deal. The "Sales Manager" told us that if we could get it for the price I had negotiated with them (which a couple other dealers had also quoted) I should buy it. I told him that I thought I was... I strongly advise to not waste your time negotiating with Carrs Honda as they do not honor their deals.
