Ask for Susan, she is the one we use all the time and she is terrific. My husband and I are cruiseholics, we got addicted to cruise vacations for quite a few years now and were using internet to do research and shopping. We were referred to this agent by another cruise lover friend about three years ago and now we are their loyal customers. I usually communicate with her via email mix with phone calls. I believe this agency do busines via phone and email only anyway and don't think they have a storefront. Susan once told me they are a very small agency do business mostly by referrals and past clients. She is quite knowledgeable and you can feel she really try to find you a good fit vacation instead of just push the sales. Her business card has a title MCC, not sure what that means but she said it's a title for certified crusie travel agent. Oh by the way, she speaks Mandarin too. What I like the most about her is the service, she provides very useful information about the cruise I am interested and also give me some suggestions of other similar iteneraries and ships, and their prices are just excellent, I have compared the price they quoted me with the internet prices and other agencies, theirs were always one of the lowest.
