I have gone to Luers since I was young. My mom always got our shoes from their, and I planned to do the same with my daughter and her shoes. I took her a few months ago to get her first pair of shoes, and the woman helping us was kind of rude. She measured my daughter's foot wrong, and put her in shoes that were too big for her. I had to end up taking them back. When I took them back, the employee that helped me out was much more friendly, but Luers is one the few places in Springfield that you will find Stride Rite and Robeez!
