I've been here a few times, because it's close to my house. I have not yet gotten a good haircut here. I usually go to this salon when I am in a hurry to get my hair trimmed and am too lazy to drive to my normal salon in St. Paul.
I also agree with the other reviewer who said that it seems like the stylists are always rushing to get you out of their chair so they can move onto the next client. I expect that sort of treatment when I'm paying $9.99 for a haircut, but not when I am paying Cole's Salon prices.
Recently, Katie did a terrible job on my hair. I gave her directions and told her how I wanted my haircut (especially my bangs trimmed). She didn't listen, and I ended up with a LOT thicker bangs than I wanted. They were shorter (a lot!) than I wanted, too. She seemed like she was in a big hurry to hack off my hair.
I am counting the days until I've grown out that terrible hair cut enough to go back to a good salon and have it blended into a decent looking hairstyle.
I will not be getting my hair cut at this salon again. They charge high-end prices, but their skills are not equal to their prices.
