Businiess name:  Rock Road Animal Hospital

Review content:
We took our cat to the Rock Road Animal Hospital when we had to go out of town because she was diabetic and had to have twice a day insulin shots. Upon returning from out of town and picking up our cat, I immediately noticed that only one of the syringes for her insulin injections had been used. I spoke with the clerk on duty and was informed that they didn't give her any injections after the first one because she hissed at them. I was very dismayed and asked to speak to a Vet to find out what the consequences would be. I was told none was available, but "the cat was fine." Our cat went into kidney failure a week later and while unable to prove anything, we feel that 4 days without her insulin injections had a direct corrolation to this. We ended up having to have her put to sleep. We were unsuccessful in getting any further in our inquiries with the Kennel manager. I would never recommend boarding your beloved pets here.
