It was time to get our cat fixed and we took him to Henrietta Animal Hospital. The vet was Michelle. Her staff was very friendly to our cat and the waiting room was well kept. There was never a wait. We had the cat fixed. The total charges for JUST the nuetering was over $200! This was our first cat so we had no idea this was extremely high. A few weeks earlier they charged us $180 for shots and a check up. After talking with friends about what they paid we realized we got ripped off. Other vets charge half of those costs. We will not be returning to this vet.
