Businiess name:  Anderson's Barbeque Catering

Review content:
Don’t go to Mike Anderson’s Barbeque unless you know what you want and you order it fast. It was my first time in this restaurant and the food smelled great. I was a little surprised at the prices. A baked potato with meat was $8.50. Sandwich was close to $6.00 with no extras. A 3 meat plate was $11.50. A little high for lunch pricing. Since I was hungry, I decided to spoil myself and go for the 3 meat deal. When I got to the man slicing the meat, I told him I would like double sliced beef. I then asked him what other varieties were available. He looked up at me and stated, “You need to hurry up and make a decision, I have other customers I need to get to.” He then said, “I have chicken, pork, sausage, pulled pork, etc…” I said, “I’ll have the pulled pork”. Then I paused for a minute and thought about what he said. I asked him to repeat what he said hoping he would apologize for the rude comment. Instead he said, “I have other customers to get to” I said, “All I asked was, what type of meats do you have?” He said, there’s the board, you should have made up your mind before you got here. I handed him back the plate and said, “My mind is made up and I am not eating here” As I pushed the plate back to him, he said, “I am going to kick your “blank”. Shocked, I invited him to do so. He walked around the corner by the register and stood 2 inches from my face. I told him to go ahead and hit me. There were lots of witnesses and I needed the money anyway. Frustrated, he walked back to the counter and started slicing for someone else. My daughter had already ordered her food and I felt obligated to pay for hers. As I was paying for the food, I asked the lady, “Who was that man who lost his temper with me?” She said it was the OWNER!! Mike Anderson. I said, “Well, this will be my last time in here.” She said, (Get this) “We have been in business for over 25 years and we obviously do something right. We don’t need your business.” Can you believe that? Ok, now imagine this. This was my first time in here and I was going to spend over $30 for me and my family. Since I now work around the corner, I probably would have been back at least 10 times in the year. That’s about $300. Probably would have brought additional friends. I guess they don’t need that money. Let’s give Mike the benefit of the doubt. He might have been having a bad day and me giving him the plate back just pushed him over the edge. I gave him and his staff 2 chances to apologize. They didn’t take advantage of either one.
