Review content:
We contacted Barnecut Roofing for an estimate on a repair of our current roof as well as an estimate on a new roof. The owner, Gary, sent one of his associates who was very helpful in the process. However, after his associate presented our situation to Gary, Gary was reluctant to give us a quote. Though I understand Gary's reluctance to "guarantee" a repair, as he would be guaranteeing someone else's work, I don't understand his unwillingness to give us a quote and guarantee on a NEW roof. Gary was very condescending towards my wife and the final straw came when he told my wife, "I know you need this quote in order to secure your loan, but what's in it for me?" EXCUSE ME?? Well I'll tell you what's NOT in it for you...our business. If Gary Barnecut can't trust his own work to give us a guarantee, why should we trust his work? I suggest if you come across Barnecut Roofing when looking for your roofing needs, you continue searching. Gary is not the man you want doing your work!!
