Review content:
I placed a simple order of 25 casual wedding invites. Paper Presentation botched every step of the way. Their printer broke the day my proof was to be processed, no one informed me of this and I wasted my time going in person. They asked that I drop off additional ribbon, which was not used (additional trip to the store). The invites were a week later than projected and I was given only 24 reply cards. Seriously inept.
