Businiess name:  Bang Hair Salon & Spa

Review content:
I went to bang a few times on the suggestion of my friend who swears by it. I hate trying to find a new hair person, so i decided to try it. Granted, I also went because it is slightly less expensive than the dc norm - but, as i found out - their stylists are less experienced. When I go, I've got not-so-good haircuts and not-quite-right color. I've seen other people walk out looking amazing - yet, the 3 times i tried it has been pretty blah. I think the big problem is that there is no attention to detail. you have 15-20 min in the chair and then you leave. There was never any detailing or checking to make sure its right or cutting your hair after its dry. I also felt like the consults usually ended in me saying "umm, no purple spikes, pixie cuts, or mushroom shapes." Its also kind of weird to me that a dog hangs out in the verizon center one. cute dog, but its not professional and i've heard reports of patrons stepping in pee or worse... I've decided that I have to get over my cheapness and invest in a better place. If you have suggestions, let me know!
