on occasions I have been to Konditer, I had same experience, service was lousy, most teenagers who were in charge of customers are INATTENTIVE. they blubber around and will not look in the eye at you until you seriously get their attention. they also cant follow simple detailed instructions for my wedding cake. service is LOUSY, cake is good, we need a good cake store with great service. I am not hard to please....believe me
