First off, I should have done my research since this place isn't even able to gain approval for listing through the Better Business Bureau of Arizona! I thought when I went to this place it would be nice, clean, pampering, and have a professional atmosphere. I was completely WRONG. But, they will charge you the high prices like it was such a place. They say their highlights start at $65. I have short hair and asked for highlights. When I cashed out, they made me pay $150! I asked why there was such a difference, and they said that I asked for a complete dye job AND the highlights! Not only did I never discuss another color with the hairdresser, but she decided a color on her own and just did it! Then, they get away with it because they call it miscommunication between the client and the hairdresser. This comes from the owner who works there as well. Now I hear that the owner is using the same excuse with other ex-clients. She also said I was wasting her time by explaining what they
