Review content:
Ken's was a fairly decent body shop. I had taken my car there several times and felt as if I had been treated fairly. The last time I took the car there, though, I was told that I needed a new radiator, water pump, gaskets, and other stuff. I gave the ok for all of this work, but then they said that the water pump was ok and did not fix it. One week after I got my car back, antifreeze was leaking again. So, when I took it back into Ken's, they told me it would be an additional $630 to fix it since they had to pull out the engine again. I was infuriated and promised never to go back. I would suggest you don't either.
