I have no clue what Kathy P, did when she brought her kids, but I will never bring my child back again. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My normal daycare provider had an emergency come up and I thought this center would be okay for one day. My daughter was a 1 1/2 when we brought her and she was there for a full eight hours. First, her diaper wasn't been changed the whole day. Although I had brought snacks and told the girls that she would be there the whole day they didn't feed her. The room that they keep the kids in is one giant room; therefore my 1 year old was just left to roam around with older kids with little supervision. When I picked her up I could hear her crying. The only two girls on duty were sitting up front chatting with friends and since they made me wait until they were done I just went back and grabbed her. When I came out they told me with snide attitudes that all she did all day was cry, yet they didn't call me. When I paid I noticed that her lunch fee wasn't included and they said that they thought I didn't want her to have pizza, when I specifically told them to please feed her. I filed a complaint with the state licensing board, yet I don't know what happened. Avoid this dump at all costs.
