Businiess name:  Autopia

Review content:
i went to autopia once for a oil change because i had a coupon. they were nice, but it took longer than usual and they tried to sell me more than i needed. i was also annoyed because even though they promised to vacuum and wash my car, they only did a crappy wash job and no vacuum. they also didn't top off my fluids-- i checked! a second time, i called autopia for a quote on a timing belt replacement-- it hadn't broken, i was just over the 100,000 mile mark. the guy told me it would cost $900-$1100! when i told him i knew it shouldn't cost that much, he gave me an extended speech loaded with jargon about how they have to go in and make other repairs, he'd rather quote me the high price and then change less, blah blah. i only contacted them for a quote because i had a 35% off labor coupon, but i understand they give you trouble about coupons. if you want the most trustworthy mechanic in town, go to Electra Tune on Lake St.-- i promise you they will never over charge you and they are genuinely GOOD people.
