Review content:
Founder Amos Auston Snow II.
Originally was Greer & Snow Coil Mfg of Tatum, Texas.
Relocated to Liberty City in 1986 and became Snow Coil.
Amos Retired and Airmax of Gilmer, Texas merged with Snow Coil to become what is now Snowmax. Whether the company is still in service today is unknown. My father along with his partner Jack Greer started Greer & Snow back in 1972 in a old school building in Tatum, Texas. Later it was sold to another company however Amos Snow II remained President until he retired.
Amos retired from the company in 1988 and past the presidency off to my sister Cindy Snow.
Not being able to completely retire Amos started another company Bois D'Arc as a sales company. He later sold the business in 1999 to Amos Auston Snow III. Amos Snow III turned the sales company into a manufacturing company. To learn more you can visit http://www.boisdarccoils.com/index.shtml.
Cindy later left the company and with her husband and a few friends in 1994 started Benchmark Mfg in Lindale, Texas where she was President & C.E.O. until her death in 2004.
