I wasn't that lucky! I will forever remember how dreadful their service was! I was waiting 1st on the Q-line for paying, I followed their instruction and queue at the designated line .I had waited patiently for about 20mins!!!( Cus the cashier was cashiering with the customer before me) . Finally just when it was supposed to be my turn(Finally) The cashier told me she had to run to the back! Then another cashier came over and opened up the other register and had service the couple behind me! Guess what????!!!! I was told by the both the cashier , i had to queue up all over again! ( I was 1st in line , EXCUSE ME, and i had to start over again from being 1st to get behind NO. 7 person ???!!! I was so mad and felt i was treated bad service , i left the stuff i Q- up for payment at the cashier and walked off! ( I had one 5 yrs old getting bored and impatient and a sleeping 3 yr old with my hubby getting frusted from waiting too long inside the car)!!! I will Never Ever Shop in "LakeShoreLearning" store in Bellevue again! There are alot better website and way cheaper educational stuff to buy from online. I will never need to be treated BAD service ever again from such bad personalised staff service . Just my luck!
