Dr. Jay Tyroler of Fairfax, VA is incredible. He saw me (PCP / internal medicine) for 6-7 years and never told me I had to be on any thing like a lot of doctors tell you.
We got along fine as he is not a pompous ass like almost all I have been to. He is realistic and ahead of rest in many ways. In fact he gave me an expensive (had to pay on my own but was worth it) test on a rare machine that measures your age through your lungs and I was 7-10 years younger than my chronological age, they did the test over and it came up same ! I have not been seen by Jay in over 5 years...But, I now have another appt. scheduled with him in July. He is not a charlatan, but rather a great doctor by which others should be compared to...
He is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing...
