I've been very impressed with this location, particularly make up consultant Uyanga--she is great! I've always seen her when I stop by on Saturdays. She was really wonderful in helping me choose new make up for a couple holiday work parties. I appreciate her no-pressure sales approach (although I end up buying just about everything because she picks out such great things). I usually need help figuring out the best way to apply make up and she is very helpful with walking me through and giving tips. I hate it when I have really fabulous make up in the store but when I get home and try to recreate, it ends up looking unfortunate. The last time I was in the store they were out of the lip gloss I wanted and I was able to call sephora.com from the store and have it sent directly to me, and the shipping fee was waived. Although I generally get at least one sample when I buy something in-store, online you can choose up to 3 different samples to be included free with your order. Of course the store can't compare to the online selection of products, but the Georgetown location is preferable to the one at Pentagon City mall.
