Businiess name:  Jon English Hairspa for Women & Men
Review by:  Emily H.
Review content:
I heard my stylist Haley commenting to the receptionist before she approached me that she should have up-sold me; not sure whether she meant a more expensive haircut or trying to get me to color or what but it is extremely rude to make a comment like this, especially within hearing distance of a customer. Also, mid-haircut someone came up to her and whispered something. I think someone must have been waiting for her because she moved into turbo speed. Once she had the length cut off she asked if I still wanted layers even though I had told her I did. She just wanted to get done with me. Other than the rude and unprofessional stylist, the John English salon does make an attempt to be “high class” and professional; they have changing rooms and offer you coffee. Haircuts start at $30. I might go back but definitely not to Haley.
