Businiess name:  Nony Lukito-Lim - State Farm Insurance Agent

Review content:
Nony has been my agent since 1999. My husband and I thought it would be good to have life insurance so we could stay home with our child we were expecting should the unthinkable happen. We left with a gift for the baby, "What to expect the Toddler Years". She and her office staff are friendly to both adults and kids and my kids don't mind going with me if I have business with her because she always has cookies and they always leave with a toy. She checks in with us about twice a year to make sure our coverage is still relevant to our family. One problem I have had is when we upgraded our life insurance (new house and new kid), the first bill we got was 3 times higher than the monthly premium. As you might expect, we were upset and phoned Nony for an explanation. I'm not sure I ever got a good one. As best as I can tell, there was some "catch up" between our old coverage and our new coverage that was being allocated to a few months of our new coverage. I'm sure it's pretty standard and would not have a problem paying it, we just wish she had the foresight to realize that these things happen when coverages change and warn us ahead of time. I have to say I'm still a little angry about it, but on the whole I think Nony's a good agent and don't plan to change agents.
