Good: Products are beautiful. Bad: Prices too high. Delivery is slow. Force you to pay for half up front, then the other half before delivery. If you don't like it, you are stuck. Don't have enough pieces in the showroom, so you can't really see the item you want - it's a crap shoot. They say things like "Your chair will look like this, but be shorter." You get the chair and it is not.. Improvements: They should stand behind their products. If they arrive and don't work out, you should be able to get your money back.. Other: They have in-house decorators who are supposed to be able to guide you. But, if the decorator makes an error, you are stuck. Their merchandise is too expensive not to have some kind of guarantee behind them..
