Businiess name:  WHVR Radio Station
Review by:  Linda S.
Review content:
WHVR is an AM radio station that has been in Hanover since about the 1950's. They played a mix of music from the 40's and 50's and all of the older folks in Hanover loved it. But as the younger people became the older people the station management felt that a change was needed and they went to Classic Country music. This was not received well at first but after they heard the music that was played, most of the listeners approved of the change. They have a program called the Yard Sale and you can call in and advertise almost anything you have to sell. They also have talk shows and lots of contests to win prizes. 1280 is where they are on the AM dial. Tune in and give them a listen when you are in the area!
