If you are looking to sell your house or need to buy a house in the Birmingham area, you need to call Pat Martin at LAH Real Estate, Inc. She helped us buy our new home and did a fantastic job. She was very informative of the neighborhoods and the overall quality of the homes. She never led us to something that was out of our price range. She was also diligent about making sure our mortgage broker had everything in order and turned in on a timely manner. She is great!!
