I've used Cruise Captains a few times for different types of vacations. They've booked us all-inclusive resort vacations as well as a cruise. Each time they've been wonderful. They were extremely knowledgeable about the locations, and offered us great suggestions as to places to see and go. They were able to get us exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted to spend, even adding in a few extras. On the land vacation, we were able to book show tickets in advance at half the price. On the cruise, they were able to give shore excursion recommendations that we would enjoy. Also, the first night of our cruise we were met with a bottle of wine provided by Cruise Captains. They took care of all paperwork, and were very easy to meet with. They even called after we got back to see if we had a good time. I'd recommend going through them for any kind of big vacation.
