JC Penny is very affordable, very few things as costly. They have very fun collection of shoes. The sales they have are the best sometimes. I like going here for clothes and shoes. They have every kind of shoes whether they are boots or shoes or casual wear or dress footwear. I like the pumps and their casual shoes. I usually am not fond of flats unless they really look good but I found a very good pair at JC Penny.
