Businiess name:  Pio's Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge

Review content:
My husband and I finally made it to Pio's, which apparently is a bit of an instution in St. Charles. It's right across the street from St. Joseph's Hospital, and my dad remembers it being there when he grew up in St. Charles county. I had the Fettucine Alfredo, which is always a crap shoot since every place has their version of alfredo sauce (usually a watered-down pasty flour mixture) but Pio's was quite good actually. It was very thick, with an almost sticky texture and didn't taste like thickener. My husband had the prime rib which had great flavor. I would reccommend Pio's, although the soup and salad before the meal wasn't anything to write home about. But the price was fairly decent and the food was good.
