I cannot say enough great things about the kid kamp run by the Greenfield Parks Dept. If you are needing summer care for your child (I'm not sure of the ages, but I think you must be at least in kindergarten or first grade) then you better hurry into the office at the Greenfield Parks Dept early in the year (January or February) to reserve a spot in the summer kid kamp program. This program is wonderful. It is run by a group of young adults who truly care for the kids. Each day is packed with fun things to do and a lot of education. Weekly trips are made to the library, pool, and off site field trips. The camp is held in the old memorial building. The only downfall is no airconditioning, but the kids don't seem to mind. The price is very reasonable compared to most camps.
