Review content:
I have small children, so it's a pain to take them out of the car and wait forever for an oil change. The drive through oil change lets us sit in the car with the stereo on, though the wait can still seem like forever. Just because it's drive through doesn't mean you'll drive right through - it has taken 45 minutes in the past. They will bring you complimentary beverages for you and your passengers and are very friendly while you wait. They say they aren't on commission and aren't trying to sell you anything but it seems like there are an awful lot of things you "need". On one occasion, I couldn't even understand the guy (English was clearly not his first language) and I left spending close to $75, I think. I was upset and called the corporate office and they refunded my money and I have been back since, but I check on the CarTalk website to see what's really needed. There are usually coupons that make it a bit more reasonably priced.
