I have spoken to Jackie numerous times and she has a lot of problems trying to answer my questions. She hims and haws and says that she will call me back but never does. She sounds like a young girl in HS. I can't imagine her trying to match jobs with applicants. She does not sound qualified. I asked her what a deductions analyst does since it pertained to a job but never got a straight answer. I spoke to her supervisor and she was not any better. I can't understand that I am not qualified or over qualified for some of the jobs they advertise. I try to avoid applying for jobs they are responsible for due to my past experiences and honestly do not think that they know what they are doing.
