Review content:
Dr. Holbrook Riles is the doctor associated with the LensCrafters in the Westfield Mall. Originally I had used another well known chain for my glasses, but was disappointed in the service and the quality. LensCrafter, and Dr. Riles in particular was recommended as a good doctor.
First of all, when an appointment was made, I was taken at the time I was scheduled. I was given a series of tests for my eyes, overseen by his experienced and courteous staff.
Dr. Riles himself has a lovely "chairside manner being friendly, professional and caring with his patients. He listened to my special needs for glasses, and came up with a solution that has worked out well. He has made other recommendations over the past few years, and all of them have been improvements to my eyesight and comfort.
The prescriptions he writes are also correct for my eyesight problems. His skill with the equipment makes sure that the testing is performed properly resulting in the right prescription for my eyes.
I am pleased with the quality of care and service I receive with Dr. Riles. I am also happy with the cost. I recommend Dr. Riles to anyone looking for a professional and friendly eye care doctor.
