Javier's was recommended to me when I first moved to Riverside a little over a year ago and was looking for a place to get my hair done. My hair was totally butchered--worst haircut I have had in my life. It took 2 or 3 cuts before it grew out enough to get it evened up. Besides the bad cut, I did not like the atmosphere---ragged clothes, unprofessional appearance, in my opinion. Needless to say, I never went back. Javier did not do my hair--some girl did--I don't think I should put her name here because I don't want to hear from them!!
