I took a pair of ladies pumps to be repaired at Jensen and was so glad I chose them to do the repair. They did a wonderful and quick job repairing the shoes. More importantly, the individuals who work there, especially Tony, were so kinda and helpful. WONDERFUL customer service. I know other local repair shops are better known, but I highly recommend Jensen for repairs.
