Paul Austin, owner and chief mechanic of Austin Automotive has been in the business long enough to know what is important..good service! He and his staff are there to help, not just take your money! Everytime i've gone there he only fixes what absolutely needs to be fixed. They don't do anything without contacting you first. They don't put a charge on top of parts! If it's not fixed right the first time you can bring it back and they will useually make it right at no additional charge!!
