Review content:
Midwest Minor Medical is an urgent care facility located not too far from our house, and is open until around 10 or 11pm 7 days a week, including holidays, which makes it a nice place to visit as opposed to the ER. My first (and only) visit there I dealt with an extremely long wait, rude staff, and a seemingly uncaring doctor. Weeks later, my insurance wasn't ever billed correctly, so I started receiving bills and collection letters. This was easily resolved with a short phone call, but still an unnecessary hassle nonetheless. Given a choice, I wouldn't return. I'd go to a different facility, even it were a few more minutes out of my way.
