Review content:
I just returned from a week long visit here for a convention. The hotel is nice but not extravagant. They do offer valet parking and garage parking across the street. The hotel is configured a bit odd in that all elevators don't reach certain floors and you can't get to certain areas of the hotel from certain elevators. You do a lot of walking but eventually you learn their floor plan.
The bell hops were more than helpful throughout the duration of my stay. Housekeeping is a bit to be desired. I was there for more than 7 days and some days they never left new shampoo or glasses and I had to ask. They also would return to my room 3 times within the same day.
Overall, a good experience. The hotel is not within walking distance of too much but there is the connecting glass walkway over to the Westin and food court.
