At Sit & Knit you can learn the basics of simple knitting to advanced knitting techniques. Lessons for all levels from beginners to advanced. Here you will learn knitting techniques for slip knot, casting on, bind off, bind of ribbing, cast on, decrease and increase stitches. Lots of types of stitches knit & purl,large diameter circular,small diameter circular, decorative stitches, cable, loop, elongated. The more advance you become the more you can learn from the teacher like pattern reading, knitting with two colors, double knitting, one row button hole making and short row with wrap. Along with lesson they have a wide selection of yarns in lots of weights and styles and colors along with all your needles and accessories. Teachers are nice and its a nice place to hang out alone or with friends an knit. Once you master some skill from the teacher you can learn how to make beautiful sweaters like the Irish cable knit, Entrelac sweater, Cable york, Cardigans. Learning and full all in one place.
