Last year, I was having engine problems, then heard one of the worst sounds ever....a grinding clunk as I tried to start my engine. I had it towed to Jim's, where I learned that my engine had thrown a rod - yikes!
They worked to get me a nice priced used engine and were very quick with fixing my car. They made sure to inform me about everything that was coming up. Everyone was very friendly.
I also just got my safety and emissions service there...very fast turn around! I was done in about 15 minutes.
