Don't get me wrong. This little Polish lady is very nice. My mother goes their often so I thought I would give "professional color" a try and go to her, thinking I would get a good deal because my mom goes there so often and adores her. I went there and she got to work on me, meanwhile slamming me with racing conversation. She seemed nice on the surface but she treated me like a little girl. She was rather pretentious and did not listen to a word I said. She merely decided to take things into her own hands. I had blonde hair but wanted somebody to do my roots for me so they can get everything as it is rather hard to do to oneself. She turned my hair orange, burned my scalp, and scarred me for life... I am usually a very mature, easy-going person but what she did to my hair actually made me cry like a little girl - I was traumatized. Since then I have vowed to handle my color myself. I've caved on occasion and wound up repeatedly disappointed... Regardless, I wouldn't recommend unless you like a traditional cut, are 40+, have a Polish background, and can ignore a motor-mouth.
