I used to be a big spender at Eclectica...every week. No more! There is a rude employee there who told me I was not allowed to look at an example they had out. She told me I had to pay to take the class if I was to look at the example. Scrapbooking is all about sharing! She also did not patch things up. I'm not the first one she has been rude too. Great products, terrible service. Needless to say, I will never go in there again, and I have told all of my friends and sister-in-laws. We all agree Eclectica is not the place to go. Remember When on Winchester will get all of our business from now on.
