Having now lived in Bristol for a couple of years, I've had the opportunity to visit Goff's during different seasons. During great warm weather, when you are sitting outside, the view can make the whole experience 10 times better. In reality, Goff's is a decent, slightly overpriced hamburger/seafood pub. Some of their food is kind of boring, some of it really great - like their hamburgers. I'm pretty sure my bacon cheeseburger was the best burger I have ever had in my life there. However, my French Dip was too fatty and not so great. Their nacho's are decent, and their steak tips are really decent. Their seafood appetizers are a little overpriced...and their house wine is REALLY overpriced. My friend ordered a glass of house cabernet....and was a little surprised to receive an $11 bill for it. I would still recommend this as a great location as a summer dining experience, but just be sure to closely examine the prices on the menu!
